Design: D Type design with 4 compartments.
Loading: 4 *530mm diameter of Man hole.
Compartments: 4 Compartments of 5000 Ltrs
Hydrostatic Pressure: 0.3 Bar
Shut off Valve: An emergency valve will be provided for Each Compartment which will be having a locking mechanism at the rear side.
Discharge Kappa: for 100% Unloading of fuel, kappa will be provided for bottom of the Tank.
|Box Stiffner||-||The chassis & tank is supported by stiffener of 5 nos on Each side. The Stiffener are made of box structure which will be give more stability to the tank.|
|Discharge||-||The fusible links are connected with quick release discharge Kappa, at the bottom of the tank, through which the pipe lines are connected to the gate valves.|
|Shut Off Valve,manifold Box & Mudguard||-||The Shut off valve box, manifold box & mud guard are made stainless steel.|
|Painting Scheme||-||Two coats of metal primers will be applied. The dry film thickness (DFT) will not be less than 30 microns. Final two coats of not less than 40 microns (DFT) of enamel color paint will be applied. . Standard quality paints and primers will be procured from approved manufacturers. The inner surfaces of box sections will be cleaned and painted with zinc rich epoxy primer (by Brush/spray) to a thickness of 65 microns DFT before closing the section|
|Standard Accessories||-||Parking lights, indicator lamps, sidelights, reflectors etc. will be provided. U Clamps, Hose nipple, Rubber Pads, Canvas lining.|
